Orange County Headshots has provided special event photography coverage for local businesses and corporations since 1981. More importantly, our three decades of experience, low cost, and acclaimed service are second to none.

Therefore, when considering which photographer to employ for your next corporate event, we think the logical choice is Orange County Headshots. We’re dedicated to proving our value, one event at a time.

Our event pricing is straightforward. Following is a schedule of our current rates:

Outside Orange County: Requires Individual Quotation

DIGITAL IMAGE FILES

WEB RESOLUTION or HIGH RESOLUTION

• We offer the option of purchasing either WEB or HIGH-resolution digital files or a combination of both.

Web Resolution files are best suited for posting on social media websites.
High-resolution files are ideal to satisfy printing needs.

PACKAGE or A LA CARTE

• You may order your event candids as a PACKAGE or A LA CARTE.

Packages include every image from your event. Packages are offered for those who wish to purchase coverage of their entire event.
A La Carte is offered for those who wish to purchase an edited selection of their event.

PACKAGE
WEB: $250 for Each Grouping of up to 50 Consecutive Event Candids – packages include ALL event candids.
HIGH: $750 for Each Grouping of up to 50 Consecutive Event Candids- packages include ALL event candids.

A LA CARTE
WEB: $25 for Each Individual Nonconsecutive Event Candid – Minimum Purchase of Fifty (50) images.
HIGH: $75 for Each Individual Nonconsecutive Event Candid- Minimum Purchase of Twenty (20) images.

With a Package purchase of Web-Resolution files, our A La Carte High-Resolution files are offered with the minimum purchase waived.

MISCELLANY

• Images will be ready for DOWNLOADING within five days of your event.
• Photographs may also be purchased and are offered on our portrait price list.
• A Deposit of $500 is required at the time of reserving your event date.
