COVID-19 Precautions
 To Our Orange County Headshots Family and Friends, We understand the growing concern surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) across our communities – our hearts go out to all those who’ve been impacted. As Orange County’s leading headshot professional, we are working around the clock to ensure we can continue serving you and keeping you healthy and safe. While our studio is open for headshot sessions, we maintain a modified schedule. This includes seeing ONE client at a time and limiting our appointments to just five sessions daily. This affords us ample time in between sessions. We care deeply for our clients, and we’re passionate about the service we provide. This means that our studio is cleaned and sanitized daily as part of our regular operations. We provide hand sanitizer throughout our studio and a hand-washing station. We monitor our health daily and promise to close our studio if we feel ill. We sanitize our studio meticulously before and after your session. We use hospital-grade wipes to wipe down all surfaces in our studio. We wash and sanitize our hands before sessions and between every client we see. We are committed to preventing the spread of HIV, Hepatitis, Tuberculosis, Flu Virus, Cold Virus, and any bacteria, fungus, or other contagions, including the Coronavirus. We’re taking additional steps so you can feel safe at Orange County Headshots, which include the following steps below: • Not seeing clients (or those accompanying them) who have a cough, fever or any flu-like symptoms. • Not seeing clients who have been out of the country over the last 14 days. • Increased daily cleaning in our reception area. • Availability of hand sanitizer. • No longer serving any food or treats in our reception area. • Maintaining our robust health and safety practices in all areas. This situation continues evolving quickly, and we will be monitoring it closely. Based on current guidance and our standards and practices, we remain open for business and are committed to providing an outstanding experience for you and your employees.
